Stone Massage
Stone massage utilizes smooth, flat stones for deeper muscle work. These stones can be used heated or at room temperature. When heated, the stones help to increase circulation into sore muscles, and are also often used to infuse heat into problem areas such as the neck and back. Room temperature stones are beneficial for penetrating deeper layers of muscle tissue.
Prenatal Massage
When done regularly and safely, prenatal massage can help soothe many common pregnancy-related ailments such as muscle fatigue, anxiety, minor swelling of feet and ankles, neck and back pain, and general tension headaches. Prenatal massage uses light to moderate pressure, is done in side-lying position, and is safe for pregnant women who are not considered "high risk". Approval to receive therapeutic prenatal massage from your OB/GYN is required.
Injury Therapy
Massage Therapy can be a very beneficial treatment for common injuries and sources of chronic pain such as sprains and strains, sciatica, rotator cuff injuries, frozen shoulder, tennis and golfer's elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, TMJ disorder, whiplash, plantar fasciitis, back pain, and chronic stress-related issues such as headaches and insomnia.
NOTE: Massage is not a replacement for medical treatment when required, but can help the healing process as a supplement to medical care.

Massage services are often "mix and match", and a combination of therapies can normally be used in any session (excluding prenatal massage). You don't have to know exactly what you want at the time you book your appointment. When you contact me to schedule, we can discuss the combination of therapies that will be best for you.

Blue Lotus Massage Therapy accepts all major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
Chair massage is available for special events, and will be priced based on event details.
Gift certificates are available for any amount, and may be purchased in person or by phone.
NOTE: Blue Lotus does not allow appointments to be scheduled by a third party.
In other words, all appointments must be booked directly by the client, and may not be made on behalf of another person.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
I completely understand that life can get in the way of commitments, but please remember that my time is as valuable as yours, and small businesses stay in business by people making and honoring their appointments. If you find you need to reschedule an appointment, please be respectful of me and my time, and give me as much notice as possible, and I will be happy to reschedule your appointment as soon a possible.
That said, if last-minute canceling/rescheduling becomes chronic,
you will be asked to honor the following:
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, and I am unable to fill your appointment, you will be billed 50% of your appointment cost. If canceling with little or no notice happens more than once, or if you fail to show for your appointment more than once,
Blue Lotus reserves the right to release you as a client.
